Umgqala

E.g. 1. Amadoda wonke akhithike kwasala kume umgqala. [All the men were so drunk they were lying on the floor and the only thing standing up was the quart.]

E.g. 2. Umgqala yitiye yamadoda. [A quart is a mans type of tea.]

E.g. 1. Handicharovi gas, kuvha chete chete. (I nolonger take alchohol, coke only.)

E.g. 2. Ndipe chibhanzi chekuvha chete. (Can I have money to buy only a drink.)

E.g. 1. Ndibatirewo kuvha pahuro paoma. (Can I have some water/juice, my throat is dry.)

E.g. 2. Kuvha yeZinwa ma one, kuimwa kuzvipira. (Zinwa water is a harzard, drinking it needs sacrifice.)
